9.1 Uptime Commitment

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our core services, measured monthly. Planned maintenance periods are excluded from this calculation.

9.2 Scheduled Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We will endeavour to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours for UK businesses.

9.3 Emergency Maintenance

We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance without advance notice when necessary to protect the security or functionality of our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Race Frontier Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
